MPS

MPS (Multi Period Sensing) is Minelab’s advanced technology for pulse induction (PI) that transmits pulses over various periods of time. In several time intervals, MPS often samples the received signal, allowing target signals and ground signals to be segregated. Although still accessible to both small and deep gold, this essentially eliminates the ground signal from even the most heavily mineralized ground. In highly mineralized rock, this achieves superior depth.

DVT

Minelab’s advanced Pulse Induction technology, DVT (Dual Voltage Technology) uses pulses of two voltage levels to further improve MPS. In conjunction with the various time duration pulses transmitted by MPS, the two voltage levels work to increase the amount of power transmitted into the field. DVT also enables the elimination of more of the ground signal, further increasing the depth and sensitivity of detection. In highly mineralized rock, this reaches ultimate depth.

Fine Gold Timing offers even more depth and sensitivity than Improve, taking home more nuggets that are completely worked out even from the field!
Salt/Gold Timing in the salty ground is perfect for all nugget sizes, good at the beach!
For benign ground conditions, Coin/Relic Timing is the most profound ever.
